SERVALYT^TM PRECOTES^TM precast gels

With SERVALYT™ PRECOTES™ precast gels, the days of elaborate, inconvenient casting of gels are gone.  SERVA offers ready-to-use polyacrylamide gels for horizontal IEF that are easy to handle and reliable in performance.

The polyacrylamide layer is bonded to a sturdy, inert polyester support film (GEL-FIX™), and protected from damage and drying out by a thin cover sheet.  Each gel is packed individually within aluthen to increase shelf-life.

Samples are loaded by pipette using the wells of a silicone applicator strip, which may be postioned anywhere between the anode- and cathode-ends of the gel.
